現在ではフードディレクターとして活動している
野村友里が主宰する
フードクリエイティブチーム、eatrip。
食の原点である
「五感を刺激して”食べる”ことを感じて欲しい」
という想いのもと、食はもちろんのこと
その食の特色を生かし、
器、装花、什器、空間と共に、
トータルに提案している。
主な活動は、レセプションパーティーなどの
ケータリングやフードディレクション、
メニュー考案やカフェディレクション、
お料理教室や食を軸としたアートワーク、
テレビ、ラジオ、雑誌での連載など
多岐に渡り活動。
2009年6月には野村友里初監督作品「eatrip」が、
恵比寿ガーデンシネマでの先行プレミア上映。
人と食との関係、その瞬間にしか存在しないムードを
フィルムにおさめた映画「eatrip」が、
第33回モントリオール世界映画祭ドキュメンタリー・
オブ・ザ・ワールド部門への正式出品が決定し、
10月上旬には恵比寿ガーデンシネマほか
順次全国劇場公開予定。

Food is a universal language. Since food goes into the body， you can sense many things by dining. Even if people speak different languages， sometimes food can be stronger than words. Food makes people happy. Where there are smiles， there is food. By using the characteristic aspects of food， we are offering a total experience， from single dishes to flower arrangements， furniture and venues. We offer catering for store launch parties and PR events. We also create recipes and food related editorial pieces for magazines and organize workshops and movie and music events with food themes. We at Eatrip will continue our journey of offering unique food/dining experiences in order for you to enjoy eating food that is good for the body.
